Vegetarian Mutton is a frozen product which can be obtained at the frozen food section of most supermarkets. It's made of well seasoned mushroom stems, flour and soy.
The blog of someone with a revived passion for cooking (and eating) and an even stronger passion for showing it off in these photos of the dishes I've whipped up. And nope, no recipes available...yet. How far this blog will go and what it will evolve to be, is up to those who visit.
